PREFAB SITES , SUBURB & HOUSE PLANS

Two sites were considered, one next to Canberra Ave & one where Narrabundah College now is. Please read minutes of to see considerations of the planning committee. These superseded concept plans were replaced by  CD 1139 as the accepted plan for the suburb.

Renovated Prefab Milk van – Courtesy of restorer Harry Crawford The owner of this Dodge  was a German immigrant named Adabert Marut who lived in Kootara Cres. and was the prefab milko.
