Capital Recycling Solutions Pty Ltd proposes to develop a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) to receive, sort, separate and export waste and recyclable material. The location of the MRF would be between Lithgow and Ipswich Streets, Fyshwick.

The old Narrabundah area now has a wetland, located off Matina and Goyder Streets.  The new wetland will transform a section of Jerrabomberra Creek into a haven for wildlife and an asset for Narrabundah residents.

The official opening date of the Wetlands is Sunday March 29 2020 from 9.30 am until 1.30 pm.

The owners of 11 Nyrang St Fyshwick (currently the site of a truck depot between KFC and the Fyshwick Fruit and Vegetable Markets) have partnered with ALDI supermarkets to explore the possibility of replacing the truck depot with an ALDI supermarket.
