ACT Minister for Health Rachel Stephen-Smith has written in response to our concerns about the sale of illicit tobacco products at the Narrabundah Shops. ONCC Chair Andy Botham, Ms Julie Tongs OAM, CEO of Winnunga Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health and Community Services and Dr Stephen Moulding of the Narrabundah Family Practice wrote to the Chief Minister June 2026 expressing joint concerns about the proximity of the shop to schools and health services and the likely harm to community health, particularly our youth.
