The NCA reports that it appreciates feedback to date and that the report highlights the following themes:
- Impact on Existing Residential properties and other property owners/lessees
- Consultation Process and Governance
- Building Heights and Density
- Solar Access, overshadowing and climate impacts
- Active travel connectivity and public realm
- Environmental, landscape and heritage
- Economic and retail.
The next step in the process is, following endorsement by the Board, for the proposed updated DA102 to be submitted to the Minister for Regional Development, Local Government and Territories for consideration for approval. If you have any questions, contact communications@nca.gov.au
