With work well under way in our streets to upgrade the National Broadband Network (NBN), Narrabundah residents are being urged to register their contacts with NBN Co and the delivery partner Service Stream.
The upgrade involves connecting a fibre optic cable underground from the street to a utility box on your premises in a switch from the current Fibre to the Node (FTTN) connections to the more efficient Fibre to the Premises (FTTP). It involves work on road reserves, public spaces and on private property.
The survey phase of the rollout is already complete in Narrabundah. NBN Co is calling on residents to learn what to expect during construction, particularly as it may affect your garden, by visiting www.nbn.com.au/FibreUpgradeACT.
